· Habitability: Host ensures functioning water, electric, and heat, as well as functioning major appliances
Limitation of Liability
Cyncolo Holdings LLC dba Roam to Room and its officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
